Eden Collective

Third-Party Information Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

About this policy

This policy explains how Eden Collective (ABN 25 651 198 659) works with third parties. It covers the third-party services we and our website use, how we handle information about other people that clients share with us during an engagement, and links to other websites and software. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Third-party services we use

We use trusted third-party providers to run our business and our website, including:

  • Microsoft 365 for email, file storage and online bookings (Microsoft Bookings).
  • WP Staq to host and deliver our website.
  • SureForms to receive enquiries sent through the forms on our website, and SMTP2GO to deliver them to our inbox.
  • Xero to manage invoices and payments.

How these providers handle information

Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. We choose reputable providers and only share the information they need to perform their service. Some providers may store information outside Australia, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Information about third parties that you share with us

Delivering our services can involve information about people other than you, such as your customers, suppliers or employees. For example, this may happen during bookkeeping, systems, automation or IT work. When you share this information with us:

  • We only use it to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
  • We treat it as confidential and do not sell it or use it for our own marketing.
  • We only share it with others where needed to deliver the service, such as approved subcontractors or software providers, or where required by law.
  • We return, delete or de-identify it at the end of the engagement when it is no longer needed, unless we are required by law to keep it.

Your responsibilities

By sharing information about other people with us, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that you have met any obligations you have to those people, such as telling them how their information may be used. Please only share what we need to deliver the service.

Access to your systems and accounts

Some services require access to your software, systems or accounts. We only use this access for the agreed work, keep login details secure and never share them. We recommend giving us our own user account rather than sharing yours, and removing or changing our access when the work is complete.

Subcontractors

We may engage trusted subcontractors to help deliver some services. They are required to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the work we ask them to do.

Third-party software we recommend or set up

As part of our services, we may recommend, set up or connect third-party software. That software is provided by its own vendor under its own terms, pricing and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, security or performance of third-party products, and we encourage you to review their terms before signing up.

Eden Collective does not receive any referral fees for referring or recommending third-party services. Our recommendations are based solely on what we believe best suits your business.

Links to other websites

Our website may link to websites run by other organisations. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
